Nada Kobali, member of the Artist Community of Croatia (ZUH) and the Applied Visual Arts Artists Association of Croatia (ULUPUH), has been designing "head covers" since 1976. Having spent her childhood surrounded with hats - indeed, she is the fourth generation in the family who has worked with hats - her choice of profession, after studying literature at the faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb, was almost vocational.
Her models were exhibited mostly at the Zagreb Fashion Weeks (1984 - 1991), the Milan fashion fair, the Zagreb Salon, and the Croatian Science and Arts Academy Museum of Sculpture in 1987. She staged her own model presentation in the Milan Canon gallery "Il diaframma" in 1987.
